I only collect information given to ship products, book appointments/consultations, and enroll registrants in classes, courses and workshops. This information may include; name, title, business name, phone number, address, email address,  birth date and gender. Personnel at events and classes may have list with names, phone number and/or email address of registrants to admit students into class.
